It allows us to focus on each other, build a rapport and work together to explore what is causing you distress. Fees: $225 for 45 minutes or $260 for 60 minutes.
COUPLES THERAPY
It helps couples of all types to recognize and resolve conflicts to improve their relationships. Fee: $300 for 60 minutes.
TELETHERAPY
Teletherapy, also known as online therapy or virtual therapy, is an efficient and convenient way of having psychotherapy rather than meeting in-person.

Sessions are conducted online via computer, tablet or phone using the telehealth video conferencing platform from Simple Practice. This platform is a HIPAA compliant and encrypted for your privacy and safety. Once we schedule our first teletherapy session, I will send a Simple Practice link inviting you to join the session. All you need is an internet connection, and a private space!

I'm also a Board Approved Supervisor for Maryland Social Workers that are seeking to accrue hours for their LCSW-C licensure.
I offer individual and small group online clinical supervision. I believe it is my responsibility as a experienced social worker to provide supportive, culturally affirming, anti-oppressive supervision in a safe learning environment, free of judgment.
