My fees are $225 for a 45 minute individual session, $260 for a 60 minute individual session and $300 for a 60 minute couples session. I also have a limited number of reduced fee slots available in my practice. Please contact me to discuss this further. Each session is 45 or 60 minutes for individuals depending on what we agreed, and 60 minutes for couples. The length of sessions could be extended for a mutually agreed fee.

I reserve a limited number of insurance slots in my practice. Please reach out to verify if any of these slots are available. I am an in-network provider with: - Cigna I am out of network for most insurances (except Cigna). If you wish to obtain reimbursement by your insurance company, I can provide you with an invoice for services rendered. I do not contact or deal directly with insurances I’m not in-network with. Contact your benefits administrator to inquire about out-of-network coverage for mental health services and ask the following questions before scheduling an appointment: Do I have out of network mental health benefits and do you reimburse? What is the procedure for reimbursement? What is my deductible and has it been met? How much does my insurance plan cover for an out-of-network provider for procedure code (CPT code) 90834, 90837, or 90791?

I am available remotely using secured HIPAA compliant platforms for telehealth/teletherapy and online clinical supervision. I am a licensed clinical social worker able to practice independently in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts and Florida. I am able to provide remote services to residents in these states.

I offer online/telehealth as an alternative to in-person sessions. Please be aware that if you are utilizing insurance or out of network benefits, it is important to clarify with your health insurance company if they cover telehealth services.

Yes, I offer an initial 15-minute phone consultation free of charge. You would have an opportunity to ask me questions, explain your motives for seeking therapy, and to get a feel for me as a therapist. In the event that you/we decide we are not a good fit; or the reason behind you seeking treatment is beyond the scope of my practice, I can suggest alternative referral sources. I provide a free 20-minute phone consultation to explore your interest in clinical supervision.

Weekly sessions allow us to build rapport in efforts to develop comfort and trust. Maintaining weekly sessions will permit us to delve into your experiences with regularity. Once we both come to an agreement after months/years of treatment, the frequency of the sessions may change to bi-monthly or monthly.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am not licensed to write prescriptions. If during our work together you express a need for psychotropic medication or evaluation, I can refer you to a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner or you can discuss this with your primary care physician (PCP).

Payment is expected when services are rendered unless other prior arrangements have been made. I accept Ivy Pay, a HIPAA compliant service to collect payment. You would be required to enter your credit/debit/FSA card information.

If you need to cancel your appointment please let me know 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fee unless an emergency arises. If you are using health insurance to cover mental health services, please remember that your insurance does not cover for missed sessions or late cancellations, therefore, you are responsible for the no show/ late cancellation full fee: $225/260 for individuals or $300 for couples.

Please be aware that therapy sessions are confidential. However, it is required by law for therapist to report child abuse, dependent adult abuse, elder abuse and threats of physical harm to others.
